How do you think true happiness is achieved?
I am noticing people are saying there is not a such thingas true happiness why can’t you be truly happy. just like you can be truly be sad you can truly be happy.

    Not sure if ‘true hapiness’ exists but I think if you live a good life with good friends family it is a great start.

    True happiness comes from within. Once it is realized that everything is nothing and nothing is everything, then u will be in tune with that universe and in a state of perfect peace

    True happiness might not exist but if you completely understand yourself and have people (friends/family) you love theres no reason why you wouldnt be happy
