There is no such thing as full happiness because in order to experience happiness, you must first endure pain and tribulations so that you have something to weigh it against. Happiness as we experience it, is merely a brief moment of bliss and peace in this storm of life.

perhaps through being buddha. eliminating the desire to ‘want’ will leave you with the happiness of the ‘now’. without wanting things (emotional and physical) you have everything. paradox, or wisdom? you decide.

easier said than done. especially in the west.

though I find that with age, you learn to accept the things you just cant have, and life seems a lot more satisfying. you have to learn to stop chasing carrots like a stupid donkey, and aim for things you can change or have.

keep life simpler, and you will find it more enjoyable.
