    Stop letting your head get in the way of your heart. What I mean by this is start telling yourself that your in a good mood and you will be in one. It’s mind over matter, hun. Don’t let things get in the way of your happiness and most importantly if it isn’t going to be important one year from now, two, or ten then don’t sweat it. That’s called the small stuff.

    join club, meet friends frequently, read good books, listen to good things on TV/radio, when u get up tell your self u r going to have a good enjoyable day, say this every day,and while going to sleep remind your self that u had a good day and whatever happened other wise it was destined to happen and not because of u. have positives thoughts
